General information

From May 25, 2018 a General Data Protection Regulation adopted by the European Union enters into force. The regulation aims to guarantee the protection of the data of individuals from all EU Member States and to harmonize the rules for their processing.

Pixel Company EOOD launches services on this website after May 25, 2018 and although using some of the site services, personal data (name, email, etc.) are collected and processed, Pixel Company EOOD is not obligated to is registered as a personal data controller at the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

However, Pixel Company is required to comply with the principles of accountability. They are expressed in the obligation to be able to prove at any moment that the company complies with the requirements of the Regulation.

Pixel Company EOOD meets all the requirements of the new regulation, collecting only the data of the persons to the extent necessary for the provision of the service, and keeping them responsibly and lawfully, without providing them to third parties.

Objectives and principles for the collection, processing and storage of your personal data

Art. 2. (1) Pixel Company EOOD collects and processes the personal data you provide to us in connection with the use of our services, such as:

creating an account and providing full functionality in the provision of our services;
individualisation of a party to the contract;
accounting purposes;
statistical objectives;
protection of information security;
ensuring the performance of the contract for the provision of the relevant service;
sending informational messages, announcements of changes to the service, recommendations for improving the use of the platform, new and updated conditions;
improving and personalizing the service by offering renewal offers, events and other products and services that may be of interest to you;
providing technical support;

(2) Pixel Company EOOD adheres to the following principles when processing your personal data:

legality, integrity and transparency;
limitation of processing purposes;
consistency with the purposes of processing and minimizing the data collected;
accuracy and timeliness of the data;
limitation of storage in order to achieve the objectives;
integrity and confidentiality of the processing and ensuring an adequate level of security of personal data.

(3) In the processing and storage of personal data, Pixel Company EOOD may process and store personal data in order to protect the following legitimate interests:

fulfillment of its obligations to the National Revenue Agency
Ministry of the Interior
Other state and municipal bodies.

What types of personal data is collected, processed and stored by Pixel Company EOOD?

(4) Pixel Company EOOD processes the following categories of personal data and information for the following purposes and on the following grounds:

Names of the face
Phone number
PIN (for accounting purposes only when preparing an individual invoice)
Others – if necessary.
Data: Your personally identifiable information (first and last name, email, country, phone)

Purpose for which the data is collected: 1) User registration; 2) Contacting and sending information to the user, including if desired – to send newsletters and advertising messages; 3) to perform an educational service in connection with a contract.

Reason for processing your personal data – By accepting the General Terms and Conditions and registering on the website and expressing your desire to use a service, a contractual relationship is created between Pixel Company EOOD and you, on the basis of which we process your personal data – Art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR.

Pixel Company EOOD does not collect or process personal data related to the following:

disclosure of racial or ethnic origin;
disclosure of political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership of trade union organizations;
genetic and biometric data, health data, or sexual life or sexual orientation data.

The personal data is collected by Pixel Company EOOD from the persons to whom it relates.

The company does not make automated data decisions.

(5) Pixel Company EOOD stores the personal data which it is necessary to keep under the applicable legislation for the relevant stipulated period, which may exceed the term of your registration.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data

(6) If you do not wish all or part of your personal data to continue to be processed for a specific or all processing purpose, you may at any time withdraw your consent to the processing by request in free text.

Pixel Company EOOD may ask you to verify your identity and identity with the data subject.

With the withdrawal of consent to process personal data required to create and maintain your registration to use the Services, your account will become inactive.

Right of access

Art. 3. (1) You have the right to request and receive from Pixel Company EOOD confirmation that personal data related to you are processed.

(2) You have the right to access the data related to you, as well as to the information concerning the collection, processing and storage of your personal data.

(3) Pixel Company EOOD provides you, upon request, with a copy of the personal data processed relating to you in electronic or other appropriate form.

Right to be deleted (“to be forgotten”)

Art. 4. (1) You have the right to request from Pixel Company EOOD the deletion of your personal data, and Pixel Company EOOD has the obligation to delete it without undue delay when any of the following reasons exist:

personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were otherwise collected or processed;
You withdraw your consent on which the processing of the data is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
You object to the processing of personal data relating to you, including for the purposes of direct marketing and there are no legitimate grounds for processing to take precedence;

Art. 5. In the event of a violation of your rights under the aforementioned or applicable personal data protection legislation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission as follows:
